Cross Fit Workout at LT’s Primal Fitness

I made it back to the gym today.  I’m still sore, but I have to say, I missed going.  Lucy, the owner, is so encouraging.  It felt so good to work out today!  We had to do eight rounds of eight reps of Clean and press, bench press, and dead man hangs.  I have to say, I did not make it through all eight rounds, but I did make it through five!  (which is more that Lucy thought I could do, and more than half!)  I was doing 65 lbs for each of the lifts, which I am very proud of.  I am so looking forward to getting into shape.  At this rate, with this workout, it isn’t going to take too long!
